Photo contributor terms

You may submit only photos you took yourself or have clear permission to share. Do not upload copied menu images, social-media images, or other people's photos without permission.

Photos must not contain recognisable faces, payment-card details, receipt identifiers, home addresses, or other private information. BrokeBite may reject or remove any submission.

You give BrokeBite a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, resize, crop, re-encode, remove metadata from, and display the submitted photos only for price verification, moderation, and the public community checking queue. This licence does not permit unrelated advertising or resale of your photos.

Original uploads are not retained. Sanitised evidence is scheduled for deletion after 90 days. A submission may be kept out of the public queue even when it is otherwise valid.

Do not submit a photo if you cannot grant these rights or if anyone pictured has not agreed to public display.

To withdraw permission, report personal information, or request removal, use the correction and removal form. No account is required.
